1. Item Availability?
We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items on our site, but occasionally we’re out of certain products. If other items are ordered, we may ship a partial order to expedite the handling of your order. If any item is backordered, you will not be charged for it. It will be shown on your invoice as a backorder and shipped at a later date, when available. If you do not wish us to backorder, please specify this on your initial order. We reserve the right to substitute a similar item, unless you request no substitutions.

2. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa & MasterCard. We will need the complete billing address for the credit card, with city, state, and zip, if different from the shipping address. We will also need the CVC code, the 3 digit code on the back of the credit card. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

3. Do you have a minimum purchase?
$ 100.00

4. Do you charge sales tax?
A tax of 8.25% will be charged to Texas residents, unless a Texas sales tax # is supplied.

5. How can I check on my order or make changes?
E-mail: itemspec@aim.com, attention customer service, to check the status of your order. Any changes need to be in writing, via e-mail if ordered online, or by fax, if the order was placed by fax. We will make every effort to grant your change, but once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify your order.

6. Do you have wholesale pricing?
Yes, the wholesale prices are listed, as well as quantity prices.
