1. When will my order be shipped?
We generally will process your order & ship in
approximately one week, pending availability &
credit verification. If a product is required by a
certain date, this must be noted on your original
order. Please allow 5 days for transit time.
2. How will my order be shipped?
We ship U.P.S. ground, unless another level of
service is specified (i.e. U.P.S. air). Please allow
5 transit days for U.P.S. ground. PLEASE NOTE:
U.P.S. charges $ 3.00 more per package for
residential delivery. Additionally, any address
corrections needed for delivery, resulting from
incorrect info being supplied on your order, will
result in a $ 10.00 additional charge to your credit
card. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

According to U.P.S. published rates.
Returns & Exchanges:
1. How can I return an item?
If you are dissatisfied with a product, returns &
exchanges are accepted only on items that have not
been worn, altered, with tags attached, and in their
original packaging. If a product arrives broken,
please notify us immediately. You may return
merchandise for credit or replacement/exchange
within 14 days of receipt of the order. Returns are
only accepted with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. (Please
see next paragraph).
2. How do I obtain a return authorization?

pertinent customer information, the product(s) you
wish to return, the reason for the return, and if
you wish a replacement, exchange, or credit.
You will be e-mailed a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
(R.A.#). It is your responsibility to return the
parcel, with a carrier of your choice. For your own
protection, please include a copy of your original
invoice & make a note of your tracking number,
should you need to track your package.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping charges.
3. When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your return is received, your refund or
replacement item should be processed within 7
business days. (Your refund will be based on your
original form of payment).
PLEASE NOTE: It may take additional time for your
banking institution/credit card company to post the
adjustment to your account.
